We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with 1 to 2 years of experience to manage two locations in the Newmarket Ontario area. Will supervise up to 30 staff. Responsible for setting up schedules, and recruiting new staff. Analyze the budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits. Develop a budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies. Evaluate daily operations. Monitor revenues to determine labour costs. Monitor staff performance Plan and organize daily operations. Must have own transportation

Will work in 2 different locations.

Full-time permanent position

$28.39 per hour
