About us:
CHALET MOTEL & RESTAURANT, we are a family style restaurant in Kitimat, British Columbia. We are currently looking for a permanent full-time light duty cleaner position for our motel. If you are interested in the job, please submit your application by email.

Employment Condition:
Position: Hotel Front Desk 
Wage: 18.50 CAD per Hour
Terms of Employment: Full time
Work Hours: 30  Hours/Week
Starting Date: ASAP

Location: 864 Tsimshian Blvd, Kitimat, BC V8C 1T5

Tasks

• Investigate complaints and claims
• Register arriving guests and assign rooms
• Resolve complaints and claims
• Process group arrivals and departures
• Take, cancel and change room reservations
• Provide information on hotel facilities and services
• Provide general information about points of interest in the area
• Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments
• Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
• Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Provide customer service

Employment Requirements:
Languages – English
Education – Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience – Experience an asset
