Moh Trucking Ltd is looking for a high-functioning, reliable, and self-motivated individual to fulfill the bookkeeper role and manage financial tasks. Be part of a successful company dedicated to achieving transportation, warehousing, and logistics excellence.
Job Duties:
· Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Manage bank and general ledger reconciliations, as well as payroll processing
· Perform monthly financial accounting tasks such as preparing financial statements and reports using QuickBooks
· Monitor and manage cash flow, including making payments, managing accounts receivables, and tracking expenses
· Manage client billing and collection of payments
· Maintain accurate and complete financial records for the transportation company
· Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, scanners, and fax machines
· Proficiency with applications such as MS Excel and QuickBooks or accounting software
· Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
